Our Shop

The Pedals2People Community Shop provides a place where you can learn to work on your bike. We also have used parts and bikes for sale.

Hours

Thursday: 2:00pm – 6:00pm
Friday: 2:00pm – 6:00pm
Saturday: 11:00am – 6:00pm

Location

We have a great new location at 1527 E 16th Ave, just two blocks east of Perry on the corner of 16th and Helena.

Shop Assistance

There are two types of assistance that we provide to our patrons and members:

  • Shop rental
    • access to master workbench tools, your own work stand and work bench with tools
    • assistance from our shop mechanic/volunteers
    • access to manuals
  • If you are doing a project that requires a bike stand and bike tools, we can help
    you out:

    Cost is $5/hour. Or become a member and get all-you-can-wrench for $50/year or 25
    hours of volunteer time! More info.

  • Drop-ins
    For minor fixes (flats, minor adjustments) that you’re able to perform yourself:
    • access to basic tool bucket–hex keys, tire irons, screwdrivers, cable cutters
    • no access to the shop, tools or personal assistance
    • no personal stand or work bench
    • please consider making a donation for the use of tools
